I think 5 meals is ok. as long as it is fresh healthy foods.
eg. vegetables/fruit, whole grains etc.
If you are trying to lose weight you will need to exercise daily.
You can walk 20 minutes a few times a day.

depends on the calorie content of the food... not so much on the weight/volume

should be fine just go with lean meat, white chicken meat, fish.
