Go to your nearest store and buy Rid 1-2-3 Elimation System Complete Removal. All mothers go threw this time to time. But Rid is the number one killed of Lice. Just follow the instruction on the box. Good luck Zella

ok, the way most ppl use is by visiting their local chemist and getting some lotion or mousse, which you apply to all those infected (follow the instructions). You then comb out the lice with a very fine tooth nit comb. Mostly you can repeat the treatment as it is important to break the life cycle of the lice.
However, another way is to coat the hair in conditioner (brush it first!) then leave for 20 minutes. Then you can use a nit comb as the lice get all sleepy in the conditioner and their legs let go of the hair shaft. Remembering to comb thoroughly from the scalp to the end of the hair!
Personally, when my kids have been unfortunate enough to suffer, i use both methods and treat those not obviously infected with the conditioner technique - just to make sure.
Head shaving is a little extreme eh!

If you don't shave then you'll have to get one of the OTC products to kill the lice. RID is one of them. Remember, it kills the lice but not the nits. Those you will have to pull off of the hair by hand.

keep it clean, wash your hair everyday with some thing that could get rid of lice.

The fastest way is to shave everything and burn dwn your house, but there is this stuff (shampoo) called NEXX and you follow the directions and have someone pick out and squash all of the eggs.

You can get rid of them in about 3 days with a comb if you do it throughly enough.

Buy some flea shampoo for dogs and wash your hair ... boil all your towels, wash your sheets and pillows with bleach. Sprinkle carpet flea powder on your couch and floors.
