we walk out and they leave the restaurant right after we do with out even ordering food. they walk past us and one of them makes a fake cough sound like reallly obvious fake coughing. what does this mean?
oh yeah and this guy is in love with girls in general not one particular person, if your a girl he'll FLIRT with you.

That depends on how you and the guy you know feel about each other. Did you walk out because he was there? Maybe he felt insulted by it and was just letting you know that he noticed.
