Although it was a very sad day in history, and I still get chills looking at those pictures, it is something we should never forget, no matter how horrific it is. To deny something like this ewver happened, or to 'forget' it is as bad as forgetting the Holocaust in World War Two.
I will always remember a photograph of a young fireman going up the stairs in the World Trade Center when all the civilians were trying to escape. The picture was published in the British press on September 12th, and it was assumed he had been killed when the towers came down. However, the next day, The Sun reported that he was alive! I'll never forget that guy. He was treated like a hero, but he said the real heroes were the ones that never made it out.

The carnage displayed in these pictures is acrimonious to the mind set of the people involved in planning such a heinous crime. It makes one wonder what is being taught to enable one to be a part of such horror and hate. Not only did they take many innocent lives in this doing, they also took their own in the process. How simply sinful. I truly believe there has been no forgiving from GOD for these remorseless acts and those responsible that are still alive will also pay in the end..........peace & love to all........~p~

I remember it vividly. I was just in shock that someone would commit such violence against my country. Then I got angry to think of all of the people who were killed needlessly. I thank the Lord for all the responders to the scenes of each crash. They all have my respect. Maybe one day we will have peace and love in the world, hopefully in my lifetime.

Hell no I won't ever forget! I will also fight for the right to be free from this happening again. I won't get political here. It's not the time. I sure would like to get my hands on bin laden though. I'd drop a building on his ******* head!

I haven't forgotten. Thanks for posting that. I thank a military member everyday. It's still hard to look at those photos. That amount of destruction is horrifying.
