I broke up with this lady about 2 weeks ago. We went out for 2 months and I just couldn't love her. She is way too imature and annoying as heck. I dont want to hurt her feelling but she wont let me go. I dont want to be a jerk. She writes poems about me allot. What can I do to help her move on?

I hate to say this, but the best way to do this is to just break it off and leave her for good. I know you don't want to be a jerk about this, but no matter how nice you try to break this off with her, it's going to look the same way to her in the end. So you might as well do it whatever way seems comfortable for you. You shouldn't have to sit and waste precious time on someone you don't want to be with anymore. This is how life works, and she has to figure that out on her own. Trust me, she will be ok, and she will move on and find someone else. Worry about you and your life, she will be ok when this is all over with. The longer you let this go on, the more unhappy you will be day after day.

Tell her the truth... Tell her what you find wrong and why you don't want that in your life. Breaking up is a rejection, there is no way to do it without hurt feelings. But do it quick and clean to minimize the pain.

Maybe you should ask her to stop writing you poems, and that you really can't see the two of you having a future. Hopefully she'll stop pestering you.

You're going to have to be honest with her. Even if she gets hurt. That's the only way you'll be able to move on... without her at your heels.
