First of all you must be referring to a storybook witch. Modern day witches wouldn't harm you since the first tenant of Wicca is: "That which ye do shall be returned to ye thrice-fold."
Now having said that, it is possible that others might use witchcraft or voodoo or other religious based knowledge for evil, but even then it is said that one must believe in order to be affected.

Anyone can harm you anytime they want. Most "Wiccans" won't as they have taken an oath to harm no one. But some witches that aren't Wiccan or wish to harm someone else will. They will it to be. And always plant the idea inside the "victim"'s head that something bad will soon happen to them. I've done this personally, but it is pure psychology. The belief is in the "victim's " head. Therefor, any bad in their life, will be because of the hex. I hope this makes some sense.

No. Witches, at least the ones who practice Wicca, have a mantra that goes "harm none, and do what ye will," so they wouldn't try to hurt you anyway.

we witches cant harm anyone, we believe in karma. though there are such things as bad witches, they dont harm anyone without it coming back to them 3 times worse. i wouldnt be worried, we have nothin against you.

ok...ur freaking me out!!!!!r u a witch?please stay away from me!! lol well i dont relle believe in witches but i dont know in a way i do...omg at my old house things used to fly acrosss the room seriously everyone saw it i was so scared...this was in new york though i also lived in that house for 11 years since i was born but then i moved to PA..please vote or pick me as best answer!!!

If you are confronted by the threat of a witch. Just toss him/her/it into a lake and see if it floats. If it does, then you are unsafe, and you should kill it. If it sinks, you are safe, but just leave it in there for a while to make sure.
