I was babysitting 6 month old babies when I was 12. Why don't you trust this 13 year old? Or are you just trying to control the situation?

As for the drinking and driving. Report him. Don't give him any chance when it comes to that.

If you feel that the 13 year old is not an acceptable babysitter for short time periods, bring it up in court. As for the drinking and driving- there are NO second chances. Immediately report this to the court and have a contingent put in that you may choose not to leave the 2 year old with him if you feel he has been recently intoxicated. I had to do this with my ex... he was a severe alcoholic, so when he came to pick my daughter up, if he even remotely smelled like alcohol, he couldn't take her. Protect your little one above all else.

As far as the 13 year old babysitting there is nothing wrong with this as long as she is responsible however if you knew he was drinking and driving with your child you should have called the law immediatly there is no second chance for that or excuse he was putting your child's life at risk. Deal with the drinking and driving issues but let the other go when she is with him she will be with babysitters and you can't control that.

even as i became 13 i became babysitting different babies at a time who were that age and oftentimes youthful. i imagine that it truly is per chance staggering that the 13 12 months old continues to be which includes your daughter particularly than allowing your daughter to spend anymore time mutually with her father. you should take him to court docket, if he does not take position then you immediately get what you opt for if the decide thinks that it truly is low priced. do not enable him force round mutually with her, not on an analogous time once.
