Ask them to drop you off at church, and let them be on thier way.
If they don't want to give you a lift, start walking. Call your Pastor, Priest, or what ever and ask if he can arrange to have someone pick you up. If you can't fix the problem , just go with your parents and chaulk it up to fate. You are in the midst of a test, so just stay calm and handle it as wisely as you can. Church will be there next Sunday. As far as Sabbath Day... "Everyday" is Holy. You be the one to show everyone happiness. Don't rock the boat, Go with the flow!

What you want to do is Great !! Tell Mom and Dad to drop you off at church and then they can go shoppiing. You need to obey your parents, but they should be proud of you , that you find church so comforting. If you go to church to see your friends, then thats not a good enough reason. You need to go to church to find comfort in the word of God. I don't know why your parents would put shopping , ahead of chruch. This sounds rather fishey to me. How old are you ?? If you are old enough to hire a cab, Yes, you should beg your parents to take you to church and if they don't want to go, ask them to wait in the car , while you attend and then you can all go shopping.
If they argue, then say a silent prayer, and ask God to help your needy parent and also you to endure.

I really am sorry that you are depressed, that stinks.
If your parents won't let you go to church, you have to obey them. Luckily, God's word can also give you comfort. Try reading some Psalms if you can't go to church.
It sounds like you have a great system at your church, though. Call someone there and let them know whats going on with you.

You just said you need to see your friends. Why can't you call one of them for a ride? I'm so sorry that your parents can't seem to see what church means to you. If the church is close enough to walk I would plead with them to let me walk. But as I said before if you have friends at church, try to arrange to ride with them. I go to church every Sunday, and I would walk , ride a bike, skateboard, whatever it takes to get there. Good luck.

Pray about it and ask God in Jesus name, for your mom and pop to change their mind. Then go ask them to take you or ask them if it is alright for you to walk there. Whether you should walk there by yourself is according to how far it is and how old you are. I would not recommend that you walk to far by yourself in some areas, no matter what age you are. Just read your Bible and pray or sing at home on the days you can not get a ride to church. Keep praying about it and God will change your parents mind or He will provide you another way to get to church.

it is always best to do what your parents say.. I think it is great that you want to go to church when your parents go shopping. Learning about God is more important than going shopping. go to church even if it was to walk. call someone at your church and tell them you need a ride. they will come and pick you up. that is what they are there for. they help one another.

No, nobody should ever go anywhere alone these days, its too dangerous and besides GOD is every where not just at church. Also GOD is all knowing so he already knows you would be there if you could. The bible says honor thy mother and thy Father, do what they want you to you can worship anywhere even shopping!

Whatever you decide, next time you are at church, speak to the pastor or someone and explain to them the situation. I've never been to a church where there wasn't someone who would be more than happy to arrange for a ride for you to church. I wish you luck, sweetheart. Hang in there.

you have to obey your parents first hand...but if they say "okay we are leaving do what you gotta do" then go to church. If you have to go with your parents just have your own session of prayers and reading the bible when you get back. If your parents argu too much just let it go in one ear and out the other and just pray about it
