that look strange, if I had to describe the stuff that come out of the vent, it look sorth of like hair, or like a honeycomb. it black and has no smell to it, I have no idea what this could be, I do notice that I get it a lot!

i would disinfect it ...don't sound good...could be some kind of mold...u never know with the cold air and then the quick heat after u turn ur car off.....

No. All air coming through your air vents comes through a cabin air clear out and/or a heater middle in which no type of computer virus would ever extra healthful. It flew on your window or door once you weren't searching.

Could be mouse nest. If there is any smell, it will be awful, like dead mice. Always keep your vent and fan doors closed--switch to recirc or closed/off--when you are not driving. I lived in the country and didn't close them when I put my car in the garage, and mice built a nest in there and the car stunk forever after.

I know this doesn't help much, but it could be anything. It might not even be your car. It could just be a build up of dirt and dust. Regardless, you should take it to a shop and have it cleaned. That way, if it is something bad and you have is professionally cleaned, it won't be a health risk.

get you a can of air like you would use for your puter....put on one of those mask..and get to spraying...could be dust..could be mold...who knows...but get it out!
