I bought this product at a trade show - new – never worked. It's made in China. So there's no contact information or web site. I think it's a battery problem, but like I said there's no information, in fact, no manufacture is even listed. Before I tear it apart, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it – or direct me in the right direction.
Thanks.

It's suspect as a viable product if the manufacturer fails to list it on its own site! Nothing is listed online...anywhere...for a "series 588 battery"...I would question whether this is a real battery type or if the maker mislabeled it. Good luck...if I were you, I'd just tear it up as an experiment!
