Does french toast go to your thighs? I like the butter on it and powder and lots of syrup and strawberry sauce. How many calories does that add up? I'm tryin to lose some pounds.

If you are trying to drop the weight, french toast is probably not the way to go. Take a look at how many calories are in a slice of bread -- generally about 90. Add the sugar, syrup, butter plus eggs and you've got a gut buster.

Sure they are tasty, but enjoy in moderation.

However, if you are serious about weight loss, you'll probably want to switch from these to oat meal.

Good luck.

French toast is full of fat and sugar. If you really love it, make it with whole wheat bread. Use only egg whites to soak the bread, and maybe some vanilla extract for flavor. Cook it in butter flavored pam instead of real butter. On top, put real fresh strawberries instead of strawberry sauce. You can spread a tablespoon of real butter on top if you need to. There's a reasonably healthy alternative for you.

Nothing goes "right to" any certain part of your body. Just as you cannot spot-reduce fat off of any part of your body.

it has a lot of carbs, sugar, and fat...so only eat a small portion and don't eat it everyday.
