Have you tried washing it? I would assume that you have... I have something called "Pet Odor" and it's a white bottle with purple writing. It works great. No stain or smell.

You can not get the smell out. Throw the clothes away, because while you wear them, just from your body heat, it makes the smell come back. If the cat peed in your dufel bag, then throw the bag away too. If the cat if a male, it is even worse. Can't save it. Pitch it.

Burn them. Ok, if you really need the clothes, try washing them with a cup of white vinegar and a cup of baking soda added to the regular laundry detergent. The vinegar should remove any stains and the baking soda should neutralize the odor. Good luck. Let me know if it works. I've used this for perspiration stains and odors in laundry, but never on anything like cat urine.
BAD CAT!

That smell won't come out if the cat was a male. There is a product called the Equalizer sold at vets offices, but it is more for carpet and furniture.

A good wash with hot water and rinse with white vinegar or fabric softener. Dry in the dryer or hang out and let air out then spray with Febreze. Shouldn't be a problem . Get the cat fixed.

The only way that I have found is to wash the item in the washing machine (normal wash setting for the item) and then repeat the whole process again. Also, don't forget to use fabric softener to help with sweetening the smell.

Run any soiled fabrics through a regular wash cycle, but add Borax and a cup of white vinegar. My cats pee on dirty laundry all the time.
