Try this one: 4 ounces each of butter, sugar and flour; 2 eggs and camp coffee essence (available in most major supermarkets) to your taste. Cream butter and sugar til pale and fluffy. Lightly beat eggs and gradually incorporate into mix. Once all egg added stir in coffee essence then gently fold in flour. Bake at 180 degrees Cent. For 15 mins (approx) - depends on oven. To ice, incorporate camp coffee essence into icing sugar until desired consistency. Optional extra - sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.

Next step: enjoy with a cuppa.

NOTE: This will make a 7 inch round cake. This recipe is easy to increase quantity. Ratio of dry ingredients (ie flour, sugar, butter) to eggs is 2:1.

They sell it in Tesco next to the bread isle. Can't remeber if it is a Tesco Finest one or just ordinary Tesco brand but there it is!
