I thought the answer would be recipes for MAKING the cinnamon schnapps - like adding cinnamon extract to vodka or something like that.

Mexican Fire ball
3/4 oz cinnamon schnapps (Firewater)
float 1/4 oz cuervo tequila
2-3 drops of hot sauce

the tequila makes the hot sauce crystalize, it looks cool and tastes like those red hot candies we use to eat when we were kids.
