I always make it a habit to, for good dental hygeine., but there are occasions like if I stay up late from a holiday or party than sometimes I just go to bed..uuuuummm, I would say that I would wash off my makeup and not brush my teeth, rather than leave the makeup on and brush my teeth- but still-my lips are really full, and they get chapped easily at night-plus I have morning breath in the morn :( anyway so those factors always involve just the total treatmemnt in the morning anyway as part of my daily routine!

I brushed my teeth very little as a child and have suffered the consequences: I've had 4 root canals done and have 7 fillings, 2 of which will probably need crowns in the coming years.

Don't be like me! Take care of ur oral health early on and u can have beautiful teeth for a lifetime!

Actually, I shave, brush my teeth and shower earlier in the evening usually between 9 - 10 and don't before going to bed.

I smoke, so at work I brush after every ciggy, maybe 4 or 5 times a day. Sometimes at night I'm just too tired though and as I sleep alone, does it really matter? If I am going to be looking after my grandson I always brush before picking him up.

I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day. I never had a cavity growing up either. I also brush my tongue.

Obessive? Perhaps a little, but I hate bad teeth. Such a turn off.

I brush after every meal... if I have a very late dinner and then brush, if I'm going to bed in the next hour or so I won't brush again. Otherwise, I just have to brush.

Honestly, I would never go to bed without brushing my teeth.

not only do i never brush my teeth before bed, I also shower as infrequently as possible, (never more than every other day). does that make me a piggy? maybe, but at the age of 32 i've never had a cavity and have skin that looks 10 years younger.

I'm guilty sometimes. I try to though, but sometimes I'm just so sleepy I just crash. I do my best to make it a habit to wash my face and brush my teeth at least twice a day.
