I am an 18 yr. old white Catholic male. Recently I made friends with a 16 yr old Indian-American (desi) girl (as in, India) who is Muslim. I feel a real connection to her, we have a lot in common, she is smart and sassy and independent, and she is GORGEOUS. I would really like to pursue a relationship. I know and respect Indian culture, but her parents are strict and they say they would rather have her be a spinster than to date/marry someone who is not Indian(!). what do I do, how can I win them over and figure this out? serious answers only, thanks.

If it means that much to both you and her, I think you might have to end up sitting her parents down and explaining the fact that the two of you have something special and that you would like to learn more about their culture. It is possible that when they see that you not only respect but also take an interest in their heritage, they may begin to accept you into their daughter's life. You might have a long, hard road ahead of you, but if she is worth it, then I say go for it. Best of luck to you.

unfortunately no matter what you say or do, her parents will never accept you. She may, but I seriously doubt with her strong roots that she will risk losing family over some guy she is dating. Sorry bro....seen it many times
