YES, HE IS CHEATING IF HE IS HAVING ANY RELATIONS THAT EXCLUDE YOU AND ARE BEHIND YOUR BACK.
HE LACKS INTEGRITY AND IS TOO COWARDLY TO TELL YOU THAT HE NEEDS SOMETHING FROM YOU, AND HE IS GETTING BACK AT YOU FOR NOT GIVING HIM THAT. IT'S NOT FAIR TO YOU, BECAUSE HE NEVER TOLD YOU WHAT HE NEEDED AND GAVE YOU A CHANCE TO GIVE IT TO HIM.
CHANCES ARE, HE NEEDS MORE FEMALE ATTENTION TO FEEL MORE POWERFUL, VALIDATED, MANLY, AND SAUGHT AFTER. MORE THAN YOU CAN GIVE HIM. HE IS TURNING AWAY FROM YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO FULFILL HIMSELF WITH TOTAL DISREGARD TO YOU. HE PROBABLY FEELS INADEQUATE WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU KNOW HIM WELL, INCLUDING ALL OF PERCIEVED SHORTCOMINGS.
HE NEEDS TO REINVENT HIMSELF TO OTHER GIRLS, AND BOOST HIS EGO BY TRYING TO GET THEM TO LIKE HIM. HE GOES ONLINE SO HE CAN FILTER WHAT THEY SEE OF HIM, AND SHOW THEM ONLY WHAT HE WANTS THEM TO SEE.
HIS SELF ESTEEM IS LOW, AND HE IS ACTING PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVELY.
IT'S UP TO YOU TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO TREAT YOU AS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE SOME EXCUSES FOR HIM AND TRY NOT TO RESENT HIM. YOU WILL HAVE TO SECOND GUESS YOURSELF AND CONVINCE YOURSELF YOU DON'T DESERVE ANY BETTER.
OR YOU CAN WALK AWAY AND FIND SOMEONE WHO IS SO GOOD TO YOU THAT YOU WANT TO CALL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND BRAG.....
THINK ABOUT THIS: WOULD YOU BE SO UNSURE OF YOURSELF IF IT WERE KIDDIE PORN HE WAS INTO, RATHER THAN INTERNET DATING?
ONCE YOU SEE A PERSON'T TRUE COLORS, YOU CAN EITHER MAKE EXCUSES FOR THEM, OR YOU CAN STOP WASTING YOUR TIME AND FIND A BETTER FIT FOR YOU.

Yes he's cheating if he's on a dating site. He's planning on having another girlfriend on the side whether it's just for sex or email or whatever. He has no business doing this if he has you. People go on those sites to meet people for new relationships, it's no different than him going out here on the street and talking to a woman the same way.

Well He could be but it would be best to talk to him and find out why he was on a online dating site to start with. There could be a couple of reasons why he was up there one of them could be a favor for a friend or some silly little guy thing. Maybe one of his friends told him check something out. But whatever the reason, talk your boyfriend and let him know how you feel.

it means that while he is dating you he is looking for someone else. Would you be happy if while you were out with him he was looking across the room for someone else? because he is doing the exact same thing, only in the cyber world.
