my little girl has a little white spot under her toung and someone said it looks like a sis.

what you are seeing is most likely an ulcer, it has a white clear top and at times can be caused by acid in foods or high sodium levels. also they can be from a bite but i am not sure with the location you are talking about.to dry it up put salt directly on it and rinse her mouth with 1/2 peroxide and 1/2 water tell her not to swallow, if not better in 3-5 days see a doc
