There are no "rules of war." No safe houses in war zones. Could there be an underlying spheres vengeance that causes the randomness of destruction and statistically high "friendly fire" fatalities, as well as the scathing lack of military strategy? Is this today's phase of Israeli/Muslim warfare out of the hands of trained military? Please serious answers would be appreciated.

While it's possible, I doubt it's actually happening on any large scale.
The esoteric aspects of warfare, and energetic manipulations of probability and fate, are still unpredictably inconsistent, and only those with the most confidence (or foolishness) would attempt them.
Besides, they only generally work where the other side is unprepared for the interaction. Given the general miasma of religious fervor that accompanies most such warfare in the middle east, it would be like trying to shine a flashlight in a hurricane -- not much gets accomplished.

Knowledge itself is not evil. The individual decides whether to use it for good or evil. Ain't no doubt in my mind they using the SH+T! On both sides.

sounds interesting, let the jinn beware. :-) on a semi serious note, the U S and russia were using psychic means--remote viewing, to spy on each other during the "cold war". and, yes there are energies, beings, and "agencies" that can be used by "initiates" for both beneficial and malignant purposes, generally speaking. what kabalists are up to militarily, i wouldn't know.
