Yes certainly.
The noise pollution increase is somewhat small. The pollution problem of old and unwanted phones is not insignificant.
However, there is another pollution of which very few people are aware, and perhaps with which not many will agree.
The whole earth operates on a basis of electro-magnetic vibration. This is right down to the atomic level, and is a way of describing the attraction and repulsion of individual atoms.
Standard science pretty well ignores this phenomenon although it is fundamental to life, or in fact the existence of anything.
I believe that there is a serious possibility that the microwaves used in mobile phones could be having an effect on natures electro-magnetism. It is now a known fact, though still denied by phone manufacturers, that the incidence of cancer increases as mobile phone usage increases. Similarly, it is now known that those living beneath electrical power lines are likely to get sick, then similarly those living close to the mobile phone repeater towers are also more likely to get sick or depressed.
So yes Mobile phones are adding to pollution, and they certainly are not taking any away.

Your having a laugh with the question!!!!
Its radio waves so NO
The question also saying does it make holes????
Even if it was a solid object, the atmosphere would seal back when object goes through behind it.
Think about putting your finger in a bowl of water and pulling it out of the water, It will go back to normal
Mobile Phones do contribute to Pollution by other means, manufacturing of them, Power to recharge them, Disposal of old models

This question appears to be about the effects of USING an existing mobile phone. Clearly this is very low on 'Does it pollute the Earth' front.
The manufacturing process, on the other hand is part of a vertically integrated process involving oil drilling & production, mining & metal production, etc that form a sequence of massively polluting operations.

Er no. However there is a problem with mobiles in that they need a tiny amount of a rare earth. Africans are mining this earth illegally and killing rare animals for meat. that is why it is important to recycle old mobiles. Many charities are collecting as they can get cash for them

Probably not but they take an awful lot of energy to produce, transport to market, and then to get rid of when they get chucked so yes, mobiles are adding to pollution.

The transmission of radio & microwaves through the atmosphere is in itself harmless. It's a bit like sound travelling through water - sound travels for miles trhough water but it doesn't damage the water at all! Whether phones damage your brain when you use them is another matter!
