I am elderly, in very poor health, the Lord let me wake up this morning, gave me the strength to make my breakfast, get dressed, made it to church and back safely, so I have blessings every day of my life. Praise God, and Hallelujah. ( And, Lord willing, I will be going back to church this evening, and every once in awhile, I run into an intelligent question like yours on here)

I was living on social security alone for about five yrs. I was an "Atheist" at the time. I had a very painful affliction. So bad that death would have been welcome. A man of God prayed for my healing. When he did this I was immediately healed. I gave my life to Jesus and wanted to do something to help other people. So I joined the 700 club. Because they help those all over the world. With food, medical, housing and spiritual leadership.
After I did this, my wife was offered a job as a bookkeeper $500 per wk.. Recently she was offered 50,000 a year more than she was making. A friend asked me if I would sell some 55 gal drums for him, since I lived on the main hwy. I make an extra $200 + per month now. We now have a 3 bedroom home w/2 baths on 5 acres w/ a stock pond, 3 vehicles, a motor home and livestock.
Before I accepted Christ, all we had was a 2 bedroom trailer with the floor falling apart and we were renting that. An 84 Mazda pickup with over 200,000 miles on it with front end damage and no A/C.
Since I've excepted Jesus, the blessings just keep pouring in.
I only wish that I'd found Jesus a long time ago. I wouldn't have been so miserable all my life.

The Lord blesses me everyday, but here are some of the things He has done for me.
1. I was born blind in my right eye and He gave me sight.
2 I had to drag my left leg when I was younger and God straighened it out.
3 I was born with CP and my parents were suppose to take care of me my whole life. Today I have a daughter and live on my own, drive and do everything everyone else can do.
4. And on top of that , He wakes me up each and every day and let me see the wonders in His world.
These are my blessings

We are all blessed, every moment of every day, unfortunately many do not have the faith or belief to see it. We all need to open our eyes to the life and love all around us. The world is so full of goodness and beauty and we rather focus on the negative. What a shame. Yes there is evil and bad things are happening, but never, never overlook the good and never stop giving thanks to God for all the blessings we receive each and every day. On the way to church one Sunday, I was not paying full attention and accidentally cut off another vehicle when I changed lanes. That person screamed, ranted, raved, waved his middle finger at me and cussed me so loudly I could hear it from my car, then he whipped into the other lane and pulled ahead of me and cut me off in spite. This was a blessing to me because it certainly humbled me and I listened to my guardian angel and immediately was able to pray for that other person and to Thank God that I had not been the cause of an accident. Everything is a blessing to me when I have the eyes of faith to see it.

Are you looking for nice stories or truthful stories. The truth is nice because it can save people from continued misery, and that's nice. How about this story, it's from the so-called nice Bible.
God is the greatest mass murderer in history.
References: Genesis 6:11-17 and Genesis 7:11-24
Some examples:
GE 6:13 - And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
GE 6:17 - And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.
Seems to me that God (for you believers) is annoyed with humanity other than his buddy Noah, and decides to kill (murder) every living thing on the face of the earth, except of course Noah and his family - got to have a few friends left.
