Very tough/difficult fight to pick. I'd pick Marciano, had a ton of guts and heart. I'd think Louis would have to kill him to beat him.
I could see this being a 4 or 5 fight series with both guys winning some of those fights. Who would win the most I wouldn't want to pick. I have an extreme respect for both fighters.

It would be a question of who hurt who first. Marciano could endure more punishment than Louis and had a much sturdier chin. I rank Rocky as the best because of his tremendous heart, stamina, heart, desire, and endurance as the best with Joe Louis a close second. Yes Joe could have stopped the Rock possibly on cuts but in this bout I see Rocky taking the best Joe can throw and storming back to stop the Brown Bomber in 14 rounds of an epic heavyweight showdown between the greatest fighters ever!

Always difficult to compare two eras, two great boxers, without a doubt but it would be very bloody.
