Hi do you mean Electoral Role? It is a list of names and addresses of voters. You can ask the Library - they will show you a copy.

it is a cenus of every peron living in a particular place, local electoral registers are kept by the electoral officer for use in determining the validity of a persons right to vote, all copies are kept at a police station which you can view by appointment or a a local library.

In the Church of England, for example, the Electoral Role is the list of people running to be elected into the Parochial Church Council. You need to go to that church for a certain time to be elligable for the Electoral Role. in many churches, couples who want to get married have to be on this role to be able to get married in that church.

Do you mean electoral roll? If you do it's a list of the people who live in your city who are elegiale to vote and also lists their addresses. It's kept in the town hall or council building.
