Can you do that with a plasma cutter? You should find a little weiner design and weld them all over his car. Then he could have his very own Weiner mobile. That would be classic!

Presumably you are much smarter than your question, so the answer is no. You don't really want to deal with felony malicious destruction of property charges, not to mention all that prison time, do you? Talk to your neighbor and try to figure out why he has so much power over your feelings.

don't cut his car in half, cut him in half so that way he won't be able to call the cops and then later if you really want you can cut his car in half...
