definite, and the cruise line is termed military. ok, that is a criminal offense for any US citizen to bypass to Cuba and spend funds. Canadians (and electorate of different overseas international places) don't have this problem, so there might want to be some cruise ships that bypass to Cuba, yet they are not docking in Guantanamo Bay and they are not docking in the united states both.
