I think most women have one breast that is slightly larger than the other(the difference will, of course vary between women)
If you are having pain, it could be one of many different things, for example, you could be pregnant or ovulating. If you have had a change in weight, perhaps, your breasts are adjusting. Are there any lumps? You should check with your doctor, to make sure it's not an infection or cancer. I hope this has helped...

Yes. Sometimes dramatically. I saw a woman once that had a c-size breast,and the other one was a little over half its size.

Most women have slighly different sized breasts, as in one might be a little bigger than the other. It's perfectly normal.
