Why don't you just print out this picture and show it to the stylist. He/she should be able to get an idea just from it.
I think people were judging the model rather than the cut and the combination is disastrous here, the model is really unattractive and takes away from the haircut.
I think this is a modern shag cut with side swept bangs.
But darn, this chick really doesn't photograph well.

Well it is a nice looking cut on the "right face" but I wonder why do they always have to cut long hair, and if you are a brunette they want to color it red. Also not as much makeup with that style Confus-ious says I am confused.

It doesn't have a name. Best bet is to write down the name of the website page and give it to your stylist, either that or print it if you have a printer... Ps I don't think that it is a bad haircut, it is very *in* right now.

this picture is quite good actually you can see the sides ,front , and some of the back i would take it with me . it a long layer cut and disconnected in the front looks like it was done with a razor in the front and bottom edges .

I don't think it's a mullet and a bob would be much shorter. Do what you want to do, if you like it you like.
