it seems that the fad of denying that global warming was happening 10 years ago has run it's course... no one really denies it anymore, they all either whine about it like Gore or ignore it like Junior Bush... what do you guys think?

Global warming is a hoax.. It is a well devised deceitful agenda.. So the government can have its hands into everything & control things we do.

They restrict our cars, & put all this polution control on them.. saying it will make them run cleaner & more effeciantly.. When really it is choking your car to death!
It would be like you always having to wear a resporator mask! Try jogging or playing football with that on! lol!

They restrict businesses & industries from producing by saying that they are "polluting the atomspere with CO2"
Which in turn keeps companys from adding to more jobs for the people & keeps companys from producing what they are capable of producing in #'s..... thus keeping the companys from being able to lower prices. Thus destroying the economy.

Do they not realize that plants, trees, vegetation.. thrive on CO2??? In return they produce oxygen for us humans, animals & such???

God created this world in a sophisticated mannor.. it all works together for the good... Everything has its purpose, time & season!

If the "Gores" of todays society would just shut up for 1 day & quit breathing.. they could greatly reduce the CO2 emmission that they are sooo concerned about! lol!

God Bless.... GOD IS IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING!!!!

The thing about global warming is that the weather patterns have shown a general warming trend for a long time, the question has been is it us or is it just the gradual end of the last ice age. We still don't know for sure, but we do need to acknowledge the potential for humans to affect global climate changes with our practices. I think that more and more people are understanding that the real issue was never if, but why. People are just so resistant to science sometimes that they end up running around in a state of idiocy until they calm down and listen.

How come "scientists " claim that around 1300-1400 (ithink) that the earth cooled dramatically for a few Hundred years?

If that is true then global warming has been going on for years and that was actually a period of global cooling!

And when the temperature of the oceans go down they claim that global cooling is caused by global warming.

It is all quite hilarious.

Ether,
I never had a problm with Global Warming. I thikn that my question is still not answered, though.

What is the world's general atmosphere SUPPOSED to be doing?

Getting hotter?

Getting colder?

Or staying the same as whenever?

It has to be one of those things. It doesn't mean that man is doing it, that's my point.

But this is REALLY the bottom line!

Just wait until God starts destroying the environment. You haven't seen ANYTHING yet!

gore hasn't been whining. he's been traveling the world reaching out to people with the facts - and outside the US, lots of people are acting.

btw, check out "An Inconvenient Truth." The stuff you'll see on the 'cooling' in 1300 will blow you away. what's happening today is unprecedented.

I don't think this is the right place to talk about it. But I have seen thing being warmer than they were in my childhood. The only question I have is it a natural occurrence of did man have a lot to do with it....Jim

Thats correct. There is no denying it or disbelieving it anymore. It is common knowledge and taught in every school. The proof is overwhelming and even your parents could testify that people get sunburned more easily now since the sunrays are stronger.

I think that it's definitely happening at a faster rate than it normally does. If we don't change the way we live, then the world could be very different in as little as 25 years.

Well, humans are screwed anyway, so maybe global warming will spur more technological innovations. As you know ingenuity is the child of neccesity.
