I know, I know I've asked it once before. But I'll pose the question again.

Brent ~
I think that would be the Super Fight that would be right up there with the greatest matchups of all times. The only problem is in my opinion, Sanchez would stop Pacquiao in less then seven rounds reason being, Sanchez in his wonderful but brief career would have figured out Pacquiaos mad rushes in and would have sustained any attack that Manny brought to the table, if you notice when Manny starts to get hit with meaningful punches he starts to throw a lot of punches with his hands down with little or no protection thus allowing him to get hit with more punches, Salvador with a cast iron chin would counter so effectively that Manny would have no choice but to fight going backwards and Manny can not fight going backwards. The quality of fighters back when Salavador was fighting was so rich and deep, todays fighters couldn't compare and Salvador fought all the best in his division, Manny is a good fighter, but he is nowhere near great, he's fought very limited opposition until the Barrea fight and by all standards Barrea was written off but he walked through the "Baby Face Assassin" but taking some punishment along the way he fought an in shape Morales in their first fight and that wasn't so lopsided in Pacqiaos favor. Medinas fight was another example that he can not fight going bakwards he knocked the kid down three times and couldn't finish him, and Medina kept coming forward and causing problems for Pacquiao. Salavador was just to well rounded and hit too hard for the "Pac-Man". Thanks for posing the question Brent and allowing me to give my two cents and as always great question..Regards Sir.

I'd have to agree and say that Sanchez would have won that match hands down. The other thing you have to ask is should it be a 12 rounder or a 15 roounder?

Hey Brent F! As usual another good boxing question! In this bout I see iron chinned Sanchez able to absorb anything that Pacman can throw and landing punishing blows to his head and body. Sanchez would dominate this bout and stop the Pacman in 9 rounds.

Salvador Sanchez was one of the best ever fighters, believe he would catch up with Pacman by the 12th round.

Sanchez would KO him and virtually any fighter active in his weight class(s) today. Most would end inside of 6-8 rounds. If he had not died so young in an accident he would would have been one of boxing's all time greats!
