You'll get nothing for nothing, try swapping with an Italian speaker who wants to learn English, post a message on an Italian chat site.

Buona fortuna

Please forgive the first answerer, I think he watches TOO much t.v.

I don't know much Italian, and I too would like to learn. Try some of these websites:

http://www.freetranslation.com
You can type in a word, phrase, anything and then choose a language to have it translated too.

http://www.unforgettablelanguages.com/frames_a19.html
You have to pay for this one, but it sounds pretty good.

This one looks good, for all I know it's free too!

http://www.learn-to-speaker.com/learnItalian.htm
This one may be a wee bit pricey, I reccomend the website above this one more than any.

I hope that I helped!
