Try alcohol or a toner or something.
Even better are color removers(for the skin) sold at Sallys or some other beauty supply.

Try spraying a little body spray EG:the ones you can buy in supermarkets, or just a dab of peroxide, just a dab. Also Vaseline, might help. It is very hard once a permanent color is already attached itself to your skin, just a tip next time apply a thin coating of Vaseline around the area you plan on dying, this prevents little accidents like what just happened. Please don't put any thing harsher than what mentioned as it really could cause adverse reactions. Also you could try a bit of tooth paste, that has worked on some people b4.

This may seem a little gross, but it works. Rub cigarette ashes on the dyed skin and then take a cotton ball and dip it in milk and rub it on the skin. If all of the dye isn't gone, then take another cotton ball and dip it in rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. That should get it all off.
