We're talking about God the unfathomable, aren't we?

If, as many of you have argued, that Hitler could enter Heaven on grace alone (assuming his sincere repentance and lack of suicide), who is to say whether Hitler acted on behalf of God or not? After all, God (hypothetically) would let Hitler into heaven if he sincerely repented etc, right?

And to those who argue in favour of good works, I hear you. But you have to accept that there is a branch of Christianity that believes we are saved by grace alone, not by the good works we do. Consider Gandhi, good works but no heaven for being an unbeliever (assuming he remained Hindu at his death) (Rev 21:8).

Not I, only God knows his plan for you. It's for you alone to find out by studying your Bible and praying to God for guidance.

Or, through whatever Faith, Religion, or Beliefs you have.

God is all forgiving. End of Question. Everyone goes to Heaven whether they repent or not. Hell is where we are now and With every action there is a an equal but greater reaction...Life is planned. Life has lessons that we must learn, If we do not learn them then we try and try again 'till we do!Whether it be by coming back or by studying.. we WILL all be good people one day, and we WILL ALL reside in the Heavens.

I would suggest that you suffer from a common mental illness, as all religious believers do.

If we assume the universe was created, then it’s reasonable to assume there was a creator. That’s as far as science has progressed today, but just look how far religion has progressed.

Religion states (fact) there was a creator called God, that God still exists, God also created places called Heaven & Hell, God wrote an instruction book called the Bible, God will banish evil people to Hell, God will send good people who follow the Bible to heaven, that people referred to in the Bible (like Jesus) will return to Earth, and a whole raft of other statements of fact. That’s right, religious fact, not assumptions.

Now tell me truthfully, if science doesn’t even know yet whether the universe was created or not, but religious believers state: “not only was the universe created by God, here’s a whole lot more proof and facts to go with it, what do you think?

Either religious believers just have vivid imaginations or suffer from a common mental illness. I think commonsense and logic would suggest that religious believers are mentally handicapped.

I can't say what God's Will is in such situations. His ways are so far above us. The best I can do is depend on God, pray, and try to live my life right. Anything else is in God's Hands.

I trust in God's Mercy and pray that not even one human being will choose to be apart from Him. However, I must respect the choices of others.

I truly believe that God, at one time or another, gives all of us one ultimate choice. The world is such a confusing place, and God understands that. If a man was raised a Hindu and never heard the Gospel, I do not believe God would send that man from His Presence for that. God is Just and Merciful. He loves all His children and wants us all to be with Him forever. Because of this, I believe that, in his own time, God will reveal himself to all of us in a way that we cannot deny. Then is when we must make our final choice.

Watch for it. Pray for it. It will be different for all of us.

First, no one acts on behalf of God. Some may submit to his will, but none act on his *behalf.* God is perfectly capable of acting on his own behalf.

Next, if anything goes against God's commandments, it is not the will of God. Therefore, Hitler's murder of all of those people was not God's will. And Hitler did commit murder. He was not engaged in war with the Jews--formally declared war against the Jews of Europe and Russia. He was engaged in murdering them (and the others he ordered the murders of in his death camps).

I don't know God's plan for you. But I don't see how a discussion of Hitler's life and death has much to do with God's plan for your life.

God's WILL for your life is a whole different matter, though. It is not arrogance to pretend to know a bit about God's will, because God elucidated his will in the Bible. That information comes direct from the source. And it is not God's WILL that you live apart from him and outside of the grace freely offered by his Son's death on the cross.

What ever is your point, angry man?

I don't know God's Master plan, but I do know that the Bible is clear that we are not saved by faith alone. Matt 25:40 is clearly in favor of the assertion that we can offend God and need to do "things" to help others, whether we recognize the hand of God being involved at all.

We also have to believe the entire parable of the goats and sheep in Matt 25 is referring to the hypocrits who would call themselves children of God, but whose faith is hallow and never put into action.

Hitler turned his back on God. Under Catholic dogma, Hitler excommunicated himself (latae sententiae). People want to make much out of the Pope not calling Hitler to Rome to face a trial for excommunication (ferendae sententiae), but that was never necessary. Hitler killed for the pure lust of killing. He was responsible for the worst crimes against humanity we've ever witnessed, and as Matt 25:40 notes, whatever you do to the least of our brethren, that you've done to God Himself.

God's plan for you is simple. Be a good person. Work hard, but don't step on people to become successful. Be nice to your parents, as well as to your neighbors, your children and your fellow man. Don't lust or commit adultery (not even "in your heart" ala Jimmy Carter".) Don't steal and don't lie. In short, He gave us Ten Commandments, not Ten Suggestions. As long as you can live a righteous life and maintain your faith, you're doing God's will. But if you falter, His will is that you repent, seek forgiveness, and don't repeat your mistake again.

As for Gandhi, I don't believe God turns away a righteous man. He made each of us, and it's very possible that He willed people of good moral fiber to come to Him regardless of their religious affiliation. He doesn't strike me as the kind of God who would create billions of people but only invite 144,000 to stick around in the good place for the rest of eternity.

It is not arrogant to know the Word of God and His plan of Salvation for us.

Oh, and "that branch of Christianity that believes we are saved by grace alone.." came from Jesus Christ Himself.

Take it up with Him!

God's plan for each and every one of us is to know Him, to Love Him and to Serve Him and to be with Him for eternity in Heaven.

Any god who does not grant salvation to a man like Gandhi is no god at all.
