1-2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp brandy.

2 T. catsup
2 T. heavy cream
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
squeeze of lemon juice
dash of Tabasco
salt & pepper, as desired
This is a great recipe for dipping shrimp. Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Adjust seasoning with salt & pepper. Serve drizzled over prawns.

3 c. (400gr / 14oz.) prawns, cooked & peeled
1 iceberg lettuce, leaves shredded
MARY ROSE SAUCE (Serves 4)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. tomato catsup
1/4 c. heavy cream
1-2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
juice & zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp. brandy.
Shred lettuce, & divide between coup glasses. Top with 4-5 peeled prawns & drizzle with Mary Rose Sauce. Serve chilled.

Ive never heard of it but I know of a Rosa Maria sauce. Its easy to make. Its just any marinara sauce and alfredo sauce mixed together. Or its called Parma Rose sauce
