They are all over the North Park/Irving Park area. If you go up to Lawrence and Kedzie, they stretch for several blocks in each direction.
There's also The Sphinx nightclub in Des Plaines/Morton Grove area and a few places out by Orland Park.
You can also find them in the Indian/Pakistani neighborhood around Devon and Western. I can think of about 10 right off the top of my head that are Halal.
