Going on the assumption you're referring to food with artificial sweetener instead of sugar, an intolerance would give you a headache, belly ache etc. An allegy would mean sweelings, hives, breathing problems - worst case scenario death.

The artificial sweetener is used in higher doses as a laxative. You may not be allergic if you are constantly on the loo, but you may just be consuming too much.

Alot of sugar free foods tell you on the package they can cause diarrhea. Especially candy.

check on the labels if the sugar substitute is aspertain you might be(not sure how to spell it )it send one of my kids completely wappy for days hyper and then depressed .cant tell about symptoms every one isn't the same if you know its from sugar free stuff cant you avoid eating or drinking those things

The same as any other allergy.. swelling, rashes, etc..
if you have some of the sugar-free replacements, ie, some of the sorbitol, etc, you will get diarrhea..

you might just be taking in to much of them..and making you it on the pot!! and major cramping... been there done that... but I am still alive.. good luck it will be over tomorrow
