A 750 ml bottle should give you more than 2 drinks. You may be using to big a glass or cup, make sure it is an actual wine glass or dont fill it up all the way. Some wine glasses are big but you are not supposed to fill it to the top. A glass of wine once a day is actualy healthy for you so that is fine. There is always a risk in doing damage to your liver if you drink every day or even alot on the weekend. I wouldnt say wine would be to harmful in the long run but stay away from hard liqour and beer on a daily basis it can do bad damage to your liver. It might not show on your liver for a long time either but be careful it can also lead to bladder infections or problems with the kidneys as you get older. Try a glass of wine per day or stick with wine on the weekends if you want to have a good time. Stay away from the hard stuff and to much beer. A glass of beer a day is ok to just dont get crazy lol i hope my answer is of some help.

How to find your answer: find an empty 750-ml bottle, fill it with water, pour this into a measuring cup and count the cups.
