How can I desolve in or kill the odor? I can't take the seat out.

You better get the smell out before you get pulled over for something and they think you were drinking...lol. Try going to one of those car wahses that have the shampooing machine where the vacuums are. Or you could always pay to get it cleaned. That maybe the only thing to get the smell ( and possibly stickiness) out.

if you cant take the seat out you probably going to have to leave it in the sun with the windows down for a few days and the smell will fade away on its own

Try wiping down the seat with Simple Green and then leave the windows open for a few days. It worked for me years ago when so chick got drunk and barfed in my backseat.
