Start saving your money. When you're of age you can buy them yourself. In the mean time try and persuade your mom how much you want them. Tell her it will boost your self confidence which will help you with many things in life

Unless they're extremely crooked, don't sweat it so much. I think braces are over-prescribed because of our culture's unhealthy preoccupation with the "ideal" of beauty. If I had been born 20 years later, some dentist would have convinced my parents that I needed braces, but you know what? My smile is beautiful!

just ask for braces.
i have the same problem and i keep asking her for them, and she said she would get me them soon
