She is 18 seems like she needs to find a new place to live. If she is being raped then she should send this message to a law enforcement agency with the details rather than some guys in a chat room. She should of sent this to the FBI or gave the address for somebody to send the Police to where she lives. If she reports it she will be protected even if he has been a police officer for 30 years.

Has she TRIED to report it to the police. It doesn't matter that her cousin is a police officer or not. If he is raping her, that is a crime.
