hold on while I look at the nutrition labels online....
OKay White= 160 cal per serving, 36 g of carbohydrate, 3 gram protein, ZERO grams of fiber.
Brown=170 cal per servin ( a slightly higher serving size listed) 34 g carb, 2 g fiber, no protein listed.
This ain;t yer question but here's my suggestion. Buy one bag of brown basmati rice and one bag of Lundberg Wild Rice blend and a ten dollar rice cooker. MIx the rices. IN the wild bag you get 4 g protein, 3 g fiber, for 150 calories. In the basmati brown you get a wonderful flavor. and all of this together is WAY cheaper and less processed than your minute rice. Cook up a bunch at once, and use for the week.
If you aren't ready to let go of your blessed MInute Rice yet, I understand, I made the transition from white to brown then to what I do now after reading labels and comparing prices. So, just do what you are comfortable with.

Yes there are things in the brown coating, but this is more important in countries without the diet we have available.
