You wanna know an easy way. Join the military, there are MOS's(Military Occupational Specialty) for just that. Then while serving at a clinic, there are so many options for education, like 100% tuition assistance to active duty, without even using your GI Bill.

It depends on what state you are in. Usually a high school diploma or equivalency, 18 yrs old, CPR, First Aid, some form of mental health training and usually a med tech license if working in a group home environment. Contact your local mental health bureau they can tell you specifically what your state requires. Hope this helps
