Well, remember the law of three. Do what you will, as long as it harms none (this includes messing with another's free will too). Whatever you do comes back to you threefold.
Why do you want to change your anatomy? Is it losing weight in order to be healthier (which is good), or is it something completely superficial (which might be a waste of the Lord and Lady's time)?

I'm not sure what you mean by "changing your anatomy" or what "angel magic" is, but it doesn't sound like something God would condone (see Leviticus 20:6 & Deut 18:10-13).
