I believe that actions speak louder than words.
First how do you know that a born again is truly born again?
For that matter how do you know that a christian is a true christian? There are many christian and born again christians that murder after they have become christian or born again.
You should look at their actions and who they are, not their religion or lack on one.

I'm atheist, but I have to answer this anyway. I'd marry the atheist, BUT I would marry a Christian if I loved him. Not any murderer's though... *shivers*

I would rather marry a murderer who's a born again christian because it doesn't matter what happened in the past cause God has changed him and forgot about his sin. so it's like it never even happen. and plus he serves God now. it says in the bible what business does light have with dark something like that and what business does the righteous have with the unrighteous meaning that we shouldn't really mix much with the people of the werld. if God wants you to marry an atheist he will change him and make him a believer. that anthiest can easily bring you down if you say that would never happen trust me it could.

Neither. I believe many Christians-especially many born again Christians-are brainwashed, and I'm more of a spiritualist anyway.

i'm not christian, but i'm religious. i ruther marry an atheist who never commited a crime than getting married to a killer coz if you're saying he's a killer then there's no reason to believe he has any respect for god if he's killing a human being (who in fact god's creation)... if you had any chance to choose, what would you do? ....

once i heard a southern baptist say as long as you were saved, you could commit any crime, because jesus would never forget you even if you forget him. wow, that's a great religion. requires so much of you! James said "FAITH WITHOUT ACTS IS DEAD." that idea of being born again comes from Paul, traitor to Christ's ideals. Paul, who wanted favor with the Romans, so he reduced all of christ's messages to 'chant this and you'll get into heaven.'
why are there grownups who believe this anymore?

I would stay single most likely. I know you're supposed to love everyone, but I would be pretty scared to marry an ex-murderer, and I don't think I could marry someone who doesn't believe the same thing as me.

OK really, I'm a Catholic and i would defiantly go with the Atheist. What if this "born again Christian" loses his Bible or something? YIKES, sleep with your eyes open girl!
