You need to read up on Obsessive Compulsive Disorders. Also note that by washing your hands over and over you are invariably washing away protective natural oils that help aid in preventing bacteria..so in essence you are washing too much and possibly going to contaminate yourself more by drying your hands out and then cracks will enable bacteria into your skin. OCD is a complicated disorder and can go from the mild to the extreme and can literally have a large impact on not only the sufferer but those who love them. Seek medical intervention if you feel that it is truly uncontrollable, please. It's not an easy life...I know as my son has OCD, too. Take care.

U know u are actually fightin a shadow.it does not exist,it is there only as long as the body is there and the sun/or light is there.

Maybe it has something to do with something that happened to you when you where a child. Or probably someone in your family (normally parents) maybe orthodox or maybe someone is giving you inferiority complex. Relax. enjoy life and forget your past.and dont be bothered by people. Make yourself happy and content by doing your job or work or what best you like.
