yes, as long as you keep on eating you will gain weight. Exercise helps to condition your body and makes it healthy. Exercises give proper blood circulations. Do some exercises, 20 minutes daily is enough.

The key is portion size and time you eat. If you just eat one huge meal a day youre metabolism will not be as fast as if you ate that some amount of food spread out over 4 meals. You could get fat eating apples all day.

Hi yes, i never ate anything fatty but i still put on weight and i was eating rice and stuff, and i didnt excercise much either. The thing is you need it depends on the amount you are ating of it. Iwent on a weight watchers diet and with points, i didnt realise how much points there are in healthy foods. take rice for example. 100g of rice is 5 points which is quite alot, but i used to eat a whole bag of boil in the bag rice, that is nearly 17 points which is nearly all my points allowance. its the same for pasta.

Yes!
Consume more than you burn and the excess is likely to be stored as fat.
I'd be less concerned about your weight than the amount of fat in your body make-up. Weight alone is not a reliable way to ascertain whether you're healthy or not; look at body builders - they are often VERY heavy for their height but have very low fat levels.

Yes, if you eat too much healthy stuff!

It is a simple scientific problem. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight.
