I mean, can one be a christian without believing all the standart dogmas and interpretations, or can one come to their own understanding. Like, lets say, christ being the symbol, the invisible force, or definitetly a path to connecting us to the spirit world or God/Gods. A wired intuitive knowing that life is linked to God, or for westerners to Christ. But not in the way Christianity spreads the good news, meaning without any real deep understanding, or feels it must, or need not understand to believe. Would I be an outcast or an heretic if I totaly, or the larger part, reject some of their literal interpretations. Are there legitimate Grps that explore Christian understanding in new, awakening new ways, that takes responsibility instead of sweeping all their sins in a numbing, denial, false innocence etc. ways, under the carpet.?

Their are dogmatic axioms to Judaism. The only difference is that one is allowed to question them for the purpose of studding to understand them and they should not be taken on blind faith.

I thinkyou misunderstand mainsteeam christians. In my church our sins are not swept under any rug or grouped intodenial or false innocence. We all know we have to take responsibility for what we do and how we do it.That God is the ultimate judge and that we are not ot judge others. The Bible is pretty clear on how we must act as christians nad to spread the word of God .I know there is alot of twisting things by taking a small verse and putting it all by itself instead of getting the whole picture which may include 5 to 20 verses. Good luck to you. Christ still loves you.

Judaism doesn't have dogma, but it does have guidelines. We wouldn't condone, for example, a foreign religion like christianity etc.

You might want to try the Unitarian Universalists. They would probably accept you. Among most mainstream churches, like mine, you would probably not be too welcome with your views.
