I remember going shopping up London, and going into Wendy's in Oxford Street, that was a few years ago. Are Wendy's still trading in UK?

I know for sure that there are none in Scotland. When I was last in the states I loved Arby's. Man, those beef sandwiches were *so* good. Wish they would come over to the UK.

I noticed recently that there are loads of Subways opening up all over the place in Britain now too.

I've never heard of one and I've certainly never seen one of Oxford street, not during the past 20 years at least.

There used to be one on the corner of Great Windmill Street, just of Picadilly Circus. I used to pass it on my way to Melati, a fab Malaysian restaurant. Never ate there, though - much nicer places around there!

yes, I used to be the nanny for the CEO/COO/president of Wendy's before he died and he use to talk about ALL the restaurants abroad and the excellent profits. The good thing about Wendy's in England and any of there restaurants abroad, get all there meat and necessities from their distributor from America,so the beef and chicken are raised in America not abroad ( so..at least person will be able have "decent" meat while visiting all these countries.............
