I'm just going to ignore the song and instead take issue with your assertion that "If you haven't heard it, you have no right to speak on it".
I have a right to speak whenever I want to speak. My speech will not be convincing if I haven't listened to the song, and other individuals in the marketplace of ideas will devalue my speech accordingly.
But it's ridiculous to suggest that I'd have to listen to your inane recording in order to have a "right" to speak against it.
