Well, judging by half the people on here, you can survive without your brain so I would say your heart.
Have you seen anyone survive without their heart? Not only does it rule your head, but it pumps the blood around your body (we all need blood). :-)

the reproductive organs because species perpetuation is the most important practical goal of a given species.
Brain power is secondary, and not even necessary for reproduction.
Want proof? Look no further than the large differences in intellect in people, say, in your class.
all other organs of the body should just be in bare minimal working order to achieve this goal.

Both sexes, the brain.
Hearts can be transplanted. Brain transplants are not exactly being done with widespread success.
Reproductive organs, while important, are not THE most important. People can live healthy, successful lives without them and do so every day. Procreation is not of paramount importance in today's age.

The brain for both because it controls everything. It tells your body if it is feeling pain, it controls the beating of your heart and also tells your body it's time to breath.

Your hands. You can't do anything without them. You can't eat, write, throw. catch, answer the phone, and so on. Think about it. My uncle died of the lou gerricks disease (don't know if I spelled it correctly) and all the motions of your body fail, the only part of your body that stays intact is your brain. I remember him telling my mom that he wished he could of used his hands. I will never forget that. That's why I say hands.

That's a no-brainer... Heh...
Everything in human body is skewed towards keeping the brain protected and well-nourished. Everything else is secondary.
