My mother's boyfriend had a massive heart attack yesterday and died. She's been really depressed and crying in her room all day.there's more to the story than this in my other question. My mother is 44 years old.She was married to my father but he died when I was 7 years old.In 2000 a guy that she really loved was shot and killed. And now this has happened to her. She's thinks all of these things are her fault.I don't know how to make her feel better. And I don't want my mother to give up on finding someone for her. What can I do to help her?

Sweety i am so sorry. all i know is that people die the month the day the hour the second and the minute that god chooses for us. Your mom must be some special woman for god to pick for those three men to spend the last part of their lives with. I wish there was a way to let your mom know that she had nothing what so ever to do with their death's. God work's in many different way's, and i am sure that God won't put anymore pain in her life. Please ask her to try to be strong and never lose faith because god has something good for her in store.my prayers and thoughts will be with your mom as well as you.

Be there to support her. Maybe you can find a counsel group and attend classes with her until she either gets pass this or is comfortable going by herself. But the main thing is for her to understand that it isn't her fault. Also spend more time with her.

sweety i am sorry your mother is having to go through this. all that you can do is make sure she knows you will do anything to help her through this painful time. Get her out of the house, maybe a picnic.

Get her out of her living area and take her on a long hike if you can. Get her out into nature (with NO city or human sounds, just nature) and have a heart to heart with her. Be sure to let her cry and get it all out. BE A GOOD SHOULDER TO CRY ON!!!!
